Patient Referral and Rewards Program
Our Patient Referral and Rewards Program extends to patients who meet the following conditions on the day of treatment:
- Referral card must be presented to Receptionist on the day of the New Patient’s appointment. At the conclusion of the appointment, a $25 Gift Credit will be applied to the new patient’s account as well as the referee’s account.
- A limit of one $25 Gift Credit per dental treatment applies
- Total treatment value must exceed $300 to apply $25 Gift Credit
- Cannot be used on first visit.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Gift credit is valid for 12 months;
- Gift credit must be redeemed in one transaction;
- The referred person must be a new patient to the practice
- SmileCo Dental reserves the rights to alter any terms and conditions.
Check Up & Clean For Health Insurance Patients
Our “No Gap” offer is available to everyone who is covered by an Australian Private Health Insurance for dental, regardless of which fund you are with.
“No Gap” means that if you have full benefits on your Health Insurance at the time of your dental treatment, and you are covered for your general and preventative dental treatment, we will not charge you the “Gap” amount. The “Gap” refers to the out of pocket expenses for the following preventative treatments: Comprehensive or Periodic Oral Examinations, Scale and Clean, Fluoride Application, Oral Cancer Screen and Routine Intra-Oral X-ray.
For all other treatments, if your Health Insurance does not cover your treatment costs, the patient will be responsible for the out of pocket expense.
Our “No Gap” Policy extends to patients who meet the following conditions on the day of treatment:
- Must be covered for dental procedures on the day of your preventative treatment;
- Must have a current, valid Health Fund card with you on the day*;
- Must have full benefits available for each preventative treatment item: full benefits refer to the full amount which your Health Fund will contribute towards your dental cover, and depend on your level of cover, may not mean 100% of the cost of the treatment;
- Health Fund terms and conditions apply to the patient with dental cover.
*Health Fund regulations stipulate that if you do not have your card with you on the day, you will need to pay the full cost and will not be eligible for the “No Gap” offer. Patients are encouraged to check their Health Fund cover prior to making an appointment.
Check Up & Clean For Non-Health Insurance Patients
Our special offer of $185 for Non-Health Insurance patients includes regular 6 monthly exam, scale and clean, fluoride treatment, oral cancer screen and routine x-ray.
X-rays are not recommended at every appointment and will only be provided if required and at dentist’s discretion.
Does not include OPG and Photographic Records.
This offer is valid once every 6 months and appointments must be made in advance at the end of each appointment.
For all other treatments required, that is not included in the offer, patients will receive a treatment plan and fee estimate for the treatment required.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Government scheme and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Custom Made Mouth Guard Offer
Health Insurance
Our “No Gap” Policy extends to patients who meet the following conditions on the day of treatment:
- Must be covered for dental procedures on the day of the impressions for the mouth guard
- Must have full benefits available for item number 151, a single colour mouth guard
- Must have a current, valid Health Fund card with you on the day*
- Health Fund terms and conditions apply to the patients with dental cover
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Government scheme and is not substitutable or redeemable for cash
- Offer is available to patient upon dentist’s recommendation
- Offer does not include bi-maxillary mouth guards or triple layer mouth guards. These mouth guards are made by a laboratory, often for sports of high impact and require extra protection.

No Health Insurance
- Offer consists of single layer mouth guard
- Offer is available to patient upon dentist’s recommendation
- Offer does not include bi-maxillary mouth guards. These mouth guards are made by a laboratory, often for sports of high impact and requires extra protection.
- Special offer for patients with no dental cover;
- $90 for children aged up to 17 years old (double layered $115)
- $140 for adults (double layered $155)
Free Teeth Whitening With Invisalign Teeth Straightening
- Invisalign treatment must be completed before teeth whitening offer can be provided
- Offer is available to patients who takes up treatment as of August 2019
- Not all patients are suitable for teeth whitening. It is up to the discretion of the dentist to determine if teeth whitening can be applied.
- Teeth whitening offer is for home whitening kits.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Government scheme and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
